Bertha started her practice in 1979. Affectionately known to her friends
as "Bert", she has grown Parker & Associates into a leader in the
accounting field with clients from all over the country.
Don received his Master's degree in Administration from the University
of Missouri and is the firm administrator. Don also prepares individual
tax returns, coordinates our referral services, and manages technical
support.
Eric is a staff accountant and graduated from Missouri Western State
University with a bachelors degree in accounting and a bachelors degree
in business management. He currently prepares financial statements, tax
returns, and various other accounting activities for many of our
clients.
Christy is a staff accountant and graduated from Missouri Western State
University with a Bachelor of Science. She is currently working on her
MBA at Northwest Missouri State University. Christy prepares financial
statements, tax returns, and various other accounting activities for
many of our clients. Christy is married to Shawn, and has a daughter
Shelby and twin boys Spencer and Nicholas.
Patty is the staff secretary, bookkeeper, data entry and receptionist.
Before coming to work for Parker & Associates, Patty worked for Ramada Inn
for 10 years as sales assistant, assistant bookkeeper and assistant catering
manager. Patty graduated from Lafayette High School married Sam Moran and
has two children Draque and Samatha
Gary retired from the St. Joseph, MO School District as the district's
coordinator of mathematics. Gary joined the firm in 1999 preparing
individual taxes.
Tina graduated from Missouri Western State College with a degree in
accounting and obtained her CPA in 1994. Previously, Tina worked in CPA
firms in Kansas City and St. Joseph. Tina prepares financial statements for
our clients and helps with accounting projects.
Christine graduated from Creighton University with a degree in accounting.
Christine joined the firm in 1990 as a staff accountant and in 1995 she went
to work for her father as firm accountant. However, Christine still works
for Parker & Associates doing corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax
returns.
